After spending millions on Meta ads and building 7-figure funnels, I discovered the real leverage: custom software beats any marketing strategy.
I've been on both sides, managing €100k+ daily ad spend, optimizing conversion rates, building retention strategies. The biggest wins came from building tools: landing pages that convert, Shopify apps that scale, marketing dashboards that show where revenue actually comes from.
